These notices describe how this website works. They were not reviewed by a lawyer.

Ruxandra Lia, an individual in Romania, is the person responsible for this website. She publishes it as a personal brand under the name RUXANDRA. She does not currently operate a registered sole proprietorship (PFA) or a registered company (SRL). No trade register number, VAT number, or business address exists for this website, and none is shown. A home address and a telephone number are not published.

What the website does

The site offers writing, photographs, and a way to leave an email address. eBooks, audiobooks, and courses are shown as upcoming interests. There is no checkout, no card payment, and no paid order. Automatic email sending is off, so a form does not send you a message and does not deliver a file.

What is collected

• The email address you submit.
• The form it came from, and the tags that tell a contact note from a waitlist or a free-tool request.
• The time you ticked the consent box, and the technical status of that saved record.
• The requesting network address is used only for a short rate-limit check in the server’s memory, for about one minute. It is not written into your record.

The site does not ask for a card number, a shipping address, or a telephone number. A hidden anti-spam field is discarded and is not kept as part of your record.

Why, and the legal basis

The email is kept because you asked to leave it, and because you agreed to be contacted about that request when email sending is turned on. That processing relies on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect storage that was already lawful.

The brief rate-limit check, and the cookies needed to run the site securely, rely on the legitimate interest of keeping the forms and the private admin area from being misused. They are not used to build a marketing profile.

Where it is kept

Form records are stored in Supabase, the database for this site. That database is in Tokyo, Japan, which is outside the European Economic Area. Japan is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision for transfers to businesses there. Supabase provides the database service; this page does not describe a separate contract as having been reviewed by a lawyer.

The website application is prepared to run on a server in Germany operated by Contabo GmbH. When the domain ruxandra-return.com is published, Cloudflare provides the domain name and the public secure connection. Cloudflare then sees the connection data needed to deliver the page and to filter abusive traffic, which can include your IP address, browser, and the address of the page. Cloudflare may process that connection data in the European Union and in other countries where it operates. No Cloudflare analytics product is enabled.

Resend is present in the software for a later email connection. While sending is disabled, the site does not send your address to Resend and does not send you mail. Stripe is present in the software and is not used to take payment, so no card data is collected.

How long

An email record stays until you ask for it to be deleted or it is deleted by the operator. No automatic expiry is configured. The rate-limit entry lasts about one minute in memory. The cookie choice in your browser stays until you clear this site’s data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the email record, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), at dataprotection.ro.
